ululu's content and the way the service is built belong to ululu. That includes the original stories and scripts, the illustrations and artwork, the audio recordings and the sound design behind them, the written copy you read in the app and on this site, ululu's branding and visual compositions, and the software and interfaces that bring them together. It also covers the specific selection and arrangement of ululu's Moment taxonomy, the mapping of stories to Moments, and the implementation of the personalised experiences and greeting sequences, to the extent protected by applicable law.
Using ululu gives you a personal, non-commercial right to listen with the children on your account. It gives you no other right in ululu's content or technology.
You may not:
- reproduce, redistribute, adapt or translate any part of the service;
- scrape or systematically extract content or data from it;
- reverse engineer any part of it, or use it for commercial exploitation;
- use ululu's stories, artwork, audio or datasets to train, fine-tune, evaluate or develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems, without ululu's prior written permission.
Nothing in these terms means ululu claims exclusive ownership of general ideas, concepts or methods that are not protectable by law.
